Honduran Coffee is a well-rounded, medium-dark roasted coffee produced by Cafe Organica in the Marcala region of Honduras from more than 1,500 farmers. The high elevation at which the coffee is grown along with the complete washing process give it a full-bodied profile with rich flavours and a warm, sweet mouthfeel, with dominant flavours of caramel, spice and brown sugar and a well-balanced, slightly sweet finish.
