Thank you for shopping at Rey’s Coffee. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perishable/consumable items), we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

If you believe your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at  rhofilas@yahoo.com
  2. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description.
  3. We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

  • Items not in original condition
  • Products damaged from improper use
  • Customized/personalized items
